France’s Economy State Minister Agnes Pannier-Runacher declared that France will not handover ousted Nissan chairman Carlos Ghosn in case he entered France.
The minister told BFMTV that “if Ghosn came to France, we will not hand him over because France does not deport its citizen at all,” stressing that the French government will apply the same ruled applied on any other person.
She noted however that they still think that Ghosn must not evade the Japanese judiciary.
