Crime in Tripoli: victim’s wife offers help to kill husband
The citizen “S. M.”, wife of the victim Tarek al-Halabi, set up a plan with citizen Mohammad Hallak to murder her husband in their house in al-Qobba, Tripoli.          

In the details, Hallak came to the house, hit Halabi, tied him with a rope and killed him with the help of the victim’s wife.            

Hallak acted the crime in the presence of Judge Amani Hamdan and the ISF commander in Tripoli General Bassam al-Ayoubi.            

The body of Tarek al-Halabi was found in the region of Zeytoun Abi Samra five days ago, with the security forces succeeding in arresting the criminals promptly.
