Siniora calls on Hezbollah to reveal identity of its arms

Head of the Future parliamentarian Bloc Fouad Siniora, called on Hezbollah to plainly clarify its position over "the unmistakeable Lebanese identity of its arms."

Siniora told media reporters during a press conference at his Hlaliyyeh office today, that party weapons must never be deployed in the service of certain regional agendas outside Lebanese will and sovereignty.

Commenting on the Presidential "strategic defense document", he indicated that it would provide general guidelines for an in-depth discussion at the Round Table for national dialogue.

Siniora, slammed the YouTube film deemed offensive to the Prophet saying it only creates sedition and hatred and that Muslims and Christians alike remain united in their rejection of such movies. Siniora urged the United Nations to pass legislation condemning any future attacks on religious symbols.
