Ahmad Hariri: Cabinet is disassociating itself from assassination of Hassan

The Secretary General of the Future Movement Ahmad Hariri stressed on Saturday that the current government which protected culprits in the assassination of late Rafik Hariri in the past, is disassociating itself from the crime that targeted Major General Wissam al-Hassan.

From Beit al-Wasat, Hariri said that the assassination of Wissam Hassan is the assassination of Lebanon as a nation, adding that PM Najib Mikati tried to disregard the Lebanese people’s calls for his resignation.

Hariri called for reopening all roads in order for all citizens to be able to attend Hassan’s funeral in the Martyrs Square tomorrow, urging the judiciary to punish the perpetrators.
