Hollande accuses Netanyahu of turning Toulouse visit into an electoral campaign

French President Francois Hollande accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “of turning a memorial service held in Toulouse for Jewish people killed by the bullets of an Islamist extremist into an election rally.”

Journalists quoted Hollande as saying that Netanyahu came to France for an electoral campaign.

The satirical weekly Le Canard Enchainé published an unsigned article which said that Hollande made the comment on an airplane to Beirut last week.
