Ogero: Some Beirut areas to undergo phone and internet outage on Wednesday

Ogero committee issued a statement whereby it declared that due to the excavation and engineering works implemented by the contracted company concerned with the establishment of a new tunnel at the Beshara al-Khoury intersection in the capital Beirut, the technical teams of the Directorate of the subscribers' service will be modifying the telephone cables on Wednesday morning, leading to an interruption in fixed telephone services and an outage in internet services for the subscribers in the following regions: Al-Khondok Al-Ghamik, Abdul Hamid al-Zahrawi Street, al-Basta Street and Independence Street.

The phone and internet services will be directly restored by noon Wednesday.
