Amid a devastating financial crisis in Lebanon, US Ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea conveyed to Prime Minister Najib Mikati an official written communication from the US Treasury Department that tells US would not impose sanctions over plans to purchase energy supplies from the region.
