Reda Antar to LBCI: Lebanese football team still hopes to reach World Cup

Captain of the Lebanon national football team Reda Antar said that he has no intention to retire, adding that he left the team which is participating in the Western Asia Championship in Kuwait because he had some work to do in Africa.

As for the final qualifiers for the World Cup, Antar told LBCI that hope is still there for the Lebanese national team to reach the World Cup but “the competition will be tough in the next stage.”
