Rapists of Indian woman wanted to run her over with the bus after rape

Indian newspapers quoted a police report as saying that the rapists of the 23-year-old Indian student who died on Saturday evening tried to run her over with the bus after raping her in New Delhi.

The student’s friend who was beaten with iron rods and thrown out of the bus after the gang-rape of the young girl, managed to pull her away after the gang had been setting on running her over with the bus, according to a thousand page police report which will be submitted to the Judiciary on Thursday.

Many newspapers and TV channels reported that the student who died Saturday evening and was gang-raped on December 16 bit three of the assailants in an attempt to escape.

Newspapers and sources from the police said that biting marks, blood, sperm, hair and the testimony of the student’s friend will be used against the accused.
