Aoun: Jumblatt is the head of ‘the isolationists association’ in Lebanon

Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun slammed National Sruggle Front leader MP Walid Jumblatt on Saturday, describing him as “the head of the isolationists association in Lebanon.” Aoun pointed out that 110,000 Christians in Aley and Chouf cannot have parliamentary seats.       

“Jumblatt has not done anything to abolish sectarianism,” he said during a televised interview, wondering “does Jumblatt want Christians in his region to be like a colony belonging to him?”
