At least four killed in attack central Somalia

The police reported on Monday that at least four people were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up in his car in an attack targeting a senior police officer in Somalia's central Galkayo region.             

According to AFP, security sources said that a senior Puntland police official was wounded in the blast, but the reports could not be independently confirmed.            

The violence is the latest in a string of attacks in the region, where tensions are high between rival political and clan groups.
