Calls to enhance the Christian presence in Lebanon

Under the slogan “Christians are facing balance challenges in Lebanon” a conference stressed on the need to enhance the presence of Christians and to revive their role via a new electoral law that ensures a genuine equity.

In this regard, the conference highlighted the need to correct the imbalance that affects the presence of Christians and that takes place in the public sector as well as in the state’s various institutions and administrations.

The conference shed the light on the necessity of urging Christians on abstaining from selling their lands since it results in enormous demographic imbalance.
