Hajjar: Where is "Lebanon on"? There is nothing but "Lebanon OFF"

         
MP Mohammad Hajjar slammed the representatives of the Free Patriotic Movement, mainly Alain Tabourian and Alain Aoun saying that they have only delivered speeches, and adding that their work in the Energy Ministry did not entail any success.          

"In fact, they were adamant on implementing projects which have proven useless as well as making deals and commitments in devious ways. In addition, they wasted public funds and were keen on violating the laws and avoiding transparency," he said.           

During a press conference held in parliament on Wednesday, Hajjar said that the only work the two ministers have exerted comes in the line of avoiding responsibility by holding others accountable.            

"We only received false promises leading to huge losses sustained in the economic sector due to the policy of the Change and Reform Ministers," he added.           

MP Hajjar mentioned that the lack of maintenance provided to factories worsened production and increased the cost of maintenance, stating that those burdens are shouldered by the citizens.        

In this context, Hajjar reminded the Lebanese people of the campaigns launched by current Energy Minister Gebran Bassil including "Lebanon on 24/24", stressing that the latter only masters media campaigns that cost billions to produce. "Where is "Lebanon on"? There is nothing but "Lebanon OFF," Hajjar said.         

Hajjar stated that Bassil is well-known in the Energy Ministry for the decrease in production and the rise in rationing as well as continuous defects.
