Abou Faour says number of refugees exceeds those registered at UN

The ministerial committee tasked with following up on the issue of the Syrian refugees held a meeting on Monday at the Grand Serail under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Najib Mikati, in the presence of the concerned ministers to continue discussions regarding the case of the refugees.

In his context, Social Affairs Minister Wael Abou Faour stressed that the situation requires more drastic action, noting that the actual number of the refugees exceeded the numbers registered at the United Nations.
