Woman robs bank using spaghetti sauce

The Time Magazine reported this week that a woman robbed a bank in Clinton Township, Michigan, using a bag full of spaghetti sauce cans she claimed were explosives.

In the details, the woman entered the bank, placed a package at the counter stating that it was a bomb and asking for money. After she took the money and left, the bank employees and the customers escaped the building calling the security forces.

Accordingly, the Michigan State Police bomb squad rushed to the scene and examined the package which turned out to be several cans of spaghetti sauce, instead of an explosive device.

No injuries were reported during the robbery and the amount of money stolen was not confirmed, while the security forces launched an investigation in the case to reveal the identity of the robber.
