Sleiman meets with Judge Fahed, stresses need to intensify judicial work

Lebanese President Michel Sleiman received on Thursday the head of the Higher Judicial Council Judge Jean Fahed at the Baabda Presidential Palace and discussed with him the situation of the judiciary and the need to intensify the work of the judges.

Sleiman also met with chairman of the Shura Council Judge Shukri Sader who informed him of the course of pending cases.

The President also received the Iraqi ambassador to Lebanon Omar Barzanji in a farewell visit at the end of his diplomatic mission in Lebanon.
