Prime Minister’s Health Affairs adviser Dr. Petra Khoury revealed that the readiness rate in intensive care units has increased by 10% until last week.

In an interview on LBCI’s Nharkom Said, Khoury said that the numbers of Coronavirus cases "will exceed what our expectations."

She called upon implementing measures to protect ourselves, families, and healthcare workers as well as to slow the spread of the virus.

She pointed out that Lebanon is on the verge of a difficult phase, especially in January and February.
