In this report, documents and papers reveal and confirm that millions of dollars of Casino Du Liban funds were spent and wasted as gifts and donations between 2010 and 2017.

That happened during the era of the chairman Hamid Kreidy and without always getting the Board of Directors' approval.

The purpose was to promote the political project of President Michel Sleiman back then and to attract voters for the benefit of his relatives whom he wanted to nominate in Kesserwan and Jbeil electoral districts.
