Counterfeit fuel file, still unanswered in judiciary
Since last May, Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon Judge Ghada Aoun has requested the Special Investigation Commission at the Central Bank of Lebanon to provide it with the value of the credits granted by banks to ZR Energy company in order to pay for four shipments of fuel, which was found to be fraudulent after tampering with the results of its tests.
