President Michel Aoun has tasked Culture Minister Ghattas Khoury with representing him at the opening of Qatar's National Library, which will be taking place today, a statement by the presidential palace's press office said on Monday.
The statement added that reasons linked to the most recent developments have prevented the president from taking part in the aforementioned event.
