REPORT: Nahhas says Parliament will become illegitimate after the 20th of June

Former Minister Charbel Nahhas said on Saturday that "Lebanon is passing through a critical situation that threatens the security of the society", adding that the Lebanese state is no longer capable of dealing with the repercussions of foreign conflicts on Lebanon.

Nahhas pointed out during the National Salvation Conference to save Lebanon and reconstitute the state which was held at the Monroe Hotel that the Parliament will become illegitimate after the 20th of June 2013.

Nahhas added that a new cabinet will also be considered as illegitimate since the parliament may not grant it legitimacy, and mentioned that the same case applies when electing a new president.
