VIDEO: Military Police arrest soldiers involved in beating detainee in Sidon

A video depicting Lebanese Armed Forces troops investigating with one arrested person in Sheikh Ahmad al-Assir's complex took social media platforms by storm on Thursday.

In the video, the man says he works in the mosque of the complex, stressing that he did not participate in Sidon's latest incidents.

In the final minutes of the video, LAF troops are seen kicking the man in a bout of rage.

In this context, the military police arrested the LAF troops involved in the attack but no further details were provided.
