Saadeh to LBCI: Hezbollah’s military and political wings cannot be separated

MP Samer Saadeh said on Saturday that the decision issued by the European Union to add the military wing of Hezbollah on its blacklist is a political message and will not be implemented; noting that the Lebanese people are aware that the military wing of Hezbollah cannot be separated from its political wing.

In a statement to LBCI’s Nharkom Said, Saadeh pointed out that, as a political party, they are not able to punish Hezbollah for exploiting and hindering the state’s institutions when the situation does not serve its interests.

Saadeh added that the European decision can be improved by adding Hezbollah with all its wings on the terror list.
