Man arrested on charges of raping teenagers and filming his crimes

             
The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces declared on Saturday that on the 1st of June 2013, after a 16-year-old Lebanese citizen has been raped by an unknown man who threatened him using a gun and a knife, investigations have been launched by the Ethics Protection Office to track the perpetrator who was reported to be from al-Jeitawi region.            

The directorate added that on the 3rd of August 2013, the said office was able to arrest the suspect from his residence and who was identified as 28-year-old Lebanese citizen M. N., noting that after having searched his house, pornographic photos and videos depicting him while raping teenagers were found.                

After interrogating him upon a judicial decision, the suspect admitted having raped several teenagers and documented his crimes.                  

Accordingly, the ISF Directorate General asked whoever was a victim of this kind of crimes, especially teenagers, to head to the Ethics Protection Office in Hamra, Beirut to identify the detainee.
