Minister Mansour says Lebanese citizens kidnapped in Luanda, Angola were released
 
Caretaker Social Affairs Minister Adnan Mansour was informed on Tuesday that the 2 kidnapped Lebanese nationals in Angola, Mouin Azmi Yazbeck and Bilal Kteish were released.        
Earlier, Minister Mansour was notified by the Lebanese Chargé d'Affaires in Pretoria in the northern part of Gauteng Province, South Africa, that a Lebanese citizen identified as Mouin Azmi Yazbeck (22 years) was kidnapped in Luanda, Angola.                                 

Diplomat Ara Khachaturian, added to Minister Mansour that the kidnappers demanded a 2-million USD ransom in exchange of Yazbeck's release.                                   
Khachaturian noted that the kidnapping incident is the fifth of its kind this year.                                    
In this regard, Minister Mansour asked Khachaturian to head to Luanda to follow-up on the issue with Angolan authorities.                    

The minister also indicated that he received reports indicating the abduction of another Lebanese citizen identified as Bilal Kteish.
