Elsie Oueijan dies in car accident due to negligent urban planning

Elsie Jabber Oueijan, from Anfeh Koura, was killed on Tuesday morning after her Toyota Rav-4 flipped several times after losing control of her vehicle.

In detail, Elsie was thrown out of the window while her vehicle was flipping over several times after striking cement blocks placed on the side of the road in Jisr al Basha area.

Internal security forces rushed to the accident scene where Elsie had already succumbed to her injuries.

They opened an investigation to reveal the causes of the accident and diverted traffic. Elsie’s body was transported to Alb Yasou Hospital. She was 32 years old.
