Charbel: Second meeting for ministers of Interior, Communications and Finance

Interior Minister Marwan Charbel said that his meeting with Communications Minister Nicolas Sahnaoui was very positive as to the distribution and the use of the $200 million municipal fund that is independent from the Communications Ministry.

He added that they agreed on holding a second meeting including the ministers of Interior, Communications and Finance to assess the first meeting and accelerate the implementation of the solutions reached.

On the other hand, following his meeting with MP Qassem Bin Abdul Aziz, Charbel praised the security forces’ role and efforts in catching the security saboteurs.

“It is necessary to address the traffic crisis, mainly on the coastal road linking Tripoli to Beirut”, Charbel said.
