EDL employee dies of electrocution

The state-run National News Agency reported Saturday that an employee at Electricite Du Liban (EDL), Nabatieh branch, identified as 41-year-old Wissam Hammoud was found dead on Shoukine-Aadchite highway due to electric shock.

The body was taken to hospital in Nabatieh while security forces have launched an investigation to reveal the circumstances of the incident.
