The Lebanese Armed Forces arrested on Sunday two Syrian nationals in Wadi Hamid in the northeastern town of Arsal for unlawful entry into the Lebanese territories, the state-run National News Agency reported.

Abdullah Hussein al Nour from the town of Yabroud and Ahmad Dourra from the Qalamoun town of Jarjeer were also arrested for driving a GMC 4x4 with no plates or identification papers, the agency said.

Separately, the army Intelligence arrested two Lebanese nationals identified by their initials as Ali K. and Mazhar D. in the Bekaa town of al-Bazalya.

They were arrested in fraud cases and then handed over to the Internal Security Forces.
