Bassil: We will recover what was stolen from the Lebanese

Energy Minister Gebran Bassil said that the truth is being distorted. “I promise citizens to correct the situation and recover what has been stolen from them”, Bassil said.

Bassil stressed that he will not do anything to harm the achievements inside and outside the cabinet. During a Christmas exhibition in Coura, Bassil said that the Lebanese people have long been deprives of their basic rights which is a real tragedy.

“When those who represent the people stoop this law, plant obstacles and attempt to hamper the [cabinet’s] work, it is the greatest national tragedy”, Bassil said.
