Huge fire erupts at sponge factory in Sabra, firefighters succeed in containing it

A huge fire erupted on Monday in a sponge warehouse in the region of Sabra, facing the Rafik Hariri Foundation Directorate of Health & Social Services in Tariq el Jdideh.

Twelve firefighters’ vehicles along with civil defense teams rushed to the said location where they were able to extinguish the fire, avoiding its propagation to other nearby facilities.
