VIDEO: Civil Defense units rescue woman from suicide attempt

Civil Defense units managed on Monday to rescue a woman who was about to commit suicide from her balcony in Tyre, southern Lebanon.

A video posted on YouTube shows a member of the Civil Defense on a rope trying to save the woman.
