REPORT: Lebanon’s Hrajel launches virtual municipal council via Facebook

Residents of the Lebanese town of Hrajel decided to use the social media website Facebook in order to form a virtual municipal council by holding municipal elections via the Facebook page of the town, for the expatriates who wish to participate in the decision-making in their hometown.
