Minister of State for Administrative Reform, Nabil de Freij, said the state of uncertainty that has been prevailing since Lebanon entered a power vacuum, highlights the importance of the presidential elections.
In an interview with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV show, de Freij said the state institutions' work mechanism issue could be settled by a political decision.
"The Lebanese constitution makes it clear that the cabinet shall convene normally during presidential void," the minister added.
