Judge Sawwan calls for death penalty against 31 Palestinian fugitives
Military investigating Judge Fadi Sawwan called on Thursday for a death penalty sentence against 31 Palestinian fugitives on charges of belonging to the armed terrorist organization Abdullah Azzam Brigade and al Qaeda, as well as for their involvement in Miyyeh and Miyyeh Palestinian refugee camp clashes of April 7, 2014, during which 8 individuals were killed, and nine were injured.

The judge issued arrest warrants against each of the 31 individuals, and referred them to the permanent military court to stand trial.
