Derbass to LBCI: We do not negotiate Lebanese captives release with terrorists

Social Affairs Minister Rashid Derbass said on Thursday that the Lebanese state does not negotiate with "terrorists and murderers" the release of abducted soldiers in Arsal.

Gunmen came from outside the border town of Arsal, Derbass said, noting that the displaced Syrians alongside Arsal residents have suffered a humanitarian tragedy.

"No one is mistreating the displaced Syrians," Derbass added.
