Military investigating Judge receives complaint raised against Imad Jomaa, 42 others
Military investigating Judge Imad Zein received on Monday the complaint that was filed by the military public prosecution against the leader of the Fajr al-Islam Brigade Imad Jomaa and 42 others.

Judge Zein is examining the file and will interrogate Jomaa on Tuesday (August 19).

On Thursday (August 14), the State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr filed a complaint against 43 Syrians, 10 of whom, including the leader of the Fajr al-Islam Brigade Imad Jomaa, were detained.

The Syrian nationals were accused of belonging to armed terrorist organizations, carrying out terrorist attacks and attempting to control Lebanese regions in a bid to establish their "emirate".

They were also charged with the killing of soldiers and civilians and the attempted murder of other troops.
