Hujeiri to LBCI: Lebanon's cabinet should take a bold decision to rescue kidnapped troops

Sheikh Mustafa al-Hujeiri said on Friday that some political parties do not wish to see a settlement achieved in the case of the Arsal captives dossier, calling on the Lebanese government to take a bold decision to rescue the kidnapped troops.

"Why doesn't the Lebanese state take the decision, but instead waits for Qatar to hold negotiations on its behalf?," Hujeiri asked in a phone call with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show.

In this regard, Hujeiri said no contacts are being held with the Islamic State, stressing that all kidnapped soldiers are in good health.
