The state-run National News Agency reported on Wednesday that an Israeli military unit combed the area at the eastern bank of the Wazzani River, south Lebanon.
The agency added that the 40-member patrol was covered by three Merkava tanks.
The soldiers combed the area stretching from the western side of the town of Ghajar to the Wazzani park.
Sniffer dogs were used during the combing operation that lasted for around an hour as helicopters and drones flew overhead, the agency concluded by saying.
