Former PM Hariri calls on Lebanese people to mourn Saudi King Abdullah in show of loyalty

Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri called on the Lebanese people to mourn the Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz in all the regions, in a show of loyalty to the deceased king “who had always supported Lebanon in the most difficult situations.”

“He who offered Lebanon unlimited grants, the most recent of which aimed at supporting the Lebanese army and the security institutions in their quest to protect and defend Lebanon’s sovereignty and national unity,” Hariri said.

In a statement issued on Friday, Hariri said that the world must recognize the enormity of this loss, and appreciate the roles played by the King over all these years, during which he led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the top within the International Community and addressed the crises witnessed by the region of the Middle East.
