REPORT: Details behind swap deal to release Arsal captive soldiers

Negotiations are ongoing to release the Lebanese troops abducted by the al-Nusra Front.

Qatar and Turkey are deploying mediation efforts, while General Security leader Major General Abbas Ibrahim, who is the only official Lebanese mediator, is also working to solve the case.
