Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutros Rai stated on Sunday that Lebanese citizens accepted the slogan "Partnership and Love” that he had launched 4 years ago because it represents the needs of the Lebanese society and its surroundings.
During the Sunday sermon, Patriarch Rai noted that the said slogan is at the base of the national charter and its application in Lebanon.
Rai also emphasized that the paralysis of the soul is more dangerous than that of the body, pointing out that it leads to disputes, conflicts and wars on the expense of the nation and its institutions.
On another note, Patriarch Rai expressed his delight that political factions are holding dialogue sessions and negotiations aimed at easing tension in the country and uniting national positions.
