Mayor of Terbol to LBCI: 3 Yemeni men arrested for illegally photographing churches
The Mayor of the Bekaa town of Terbol denied via LBCI on Friday that the municipality had granted 3 Yemeni nationals permits to film inside the town, pointing out that the men were arrested on charges of filming churches in the said town and villages in the Eastern Lebanon Mountain Range.

This as fears are mounting in light of attacks against churches and Christian monuments across the region by terrorist groups.

In another incident, the state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported that two Syrian nationals were arrested in the eastern Bekaa region of Al-Labweh for being linked to terrorist groups, namely the al-Nusra Front.

It is worth noting that the army has in recent months arrested scores of suspected extremists linked to the Syrian conflict.
