Health inspectors close bakery in Sidon
Health inspectors closed on Saturday a bakery in Sidon for failing to meet the required health and safety standards and destroyed expired foods.
On Friday, Health Minister Wael Abou Faour ordered the shutdown of a beauty institution, a clinic and daycares across Lebanon for not meeting the required health and safety standards.
The measures come amid a health safety campaign launched by Abou Faour around four months ago, which involved restaurants, supermarkets, factories, farms and slaughterhouses.
