State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud reported on Friday to LBCI that the number of detainees during Thursday’s protest reached 33, noting that five girls and four minors were released.
He also mentioned that all the arrested protesters were able to contact their parents.
Judge Hammoud indicated that the investigations into this matter are ongoing; stating that those found not to be involved in any violent act will be released within 2 hours.
