Manjian to LBCI: Resistance arms necessary, May 7 events only a reaction

Cabinet Minister Panos Manjian said in an interview with “Nharkom Said” on Monday, that the arms of the resistance are a necessity in light of current regional developments.

Manjian added that he is against the use of arms by any Lebanese political party; however justified the events of May 7th saying that it was only a reaction on the part of the resistance in the face of possible disarmament.

In his concluding remarks, Manjian expressed discontent with the current cabinet’s performance, stressing that its productivity could be better.
