Sleiman Ahmad reveals to LBCI details of the ambush set against him

Calm has returned to Wadi Khaled following the release of citizen Sleiman Ahmad on Tuesday. Ahmad is receiving well-wishers at his house in al-Rama, especially that he was the only one who went to Syria and came back. Ahmad told his visitors the story of his arrest and the ambush set against him.

Ahmad told LBCI that gunmen riding a Mercedes kidnapped him and took him to the Syrian security forces, adding that the abductors asked him questions on gunmen in Wadi Khaled and accused him of supporting the Syrian revolution. According to Ahmad, the abductors asked him where he got the money and the weapons from.

Marks of torture appeared all over Sleiman’s body and abductor “Bilal al-Kabou” remained off the grid.

Upon the release of Sleiman Ahmad, the residents of Wadi Khaled released the persons they abducted, the last of whom were two Syrians from the Syrian town of al-Mazraa and Mahmoud al-Chamali and his son from Jabal Mohsen.
