President Aoun: Israeli attack is flagrant aggression against Lebanon’s sovereignty

President Michel Aoun said on Sunday that the recent Israeli aggression against Beirut’s southern suburbs with two drones as a “flagrant aggression against Lebanon’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and a new chapter of continuous violations to UN Security Council’s resolution 1701.”

Aoun added that Lebanon condemns such an attack, noting that the country will take the “appropriate measures” after consulting with the concerned sides.

This President Aoun followed up on the details of the attack since the early morning, and was briefed out about the preliminary investigations in this regard.
