Patriarch Rai: our people are being used as proxy tools

Lebanese Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Rai held talks on Friday with the Director General of General Secuirty Major General Abbas Ibrahim revolving on the country’s latest developments.

“We are with the Arab Spring but ask, what spring is this?” Rai said.

The people of this region have become nothing but tools for proxy wars, he added.
