Sheikh Duqmaq from Turkey:We garnered an advantage to set Lebanese hostages free

Following the release of the second Turkish abductee in Lebanon Abdel Basset Arslan, the president of Read Association Sheikh Bilal Duqmaq announced from Turkey that he was able to garner an advantage in order to set some of the Lebanese hostages free shortly.
